Terms and Conditions

General

• These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, participation, and services provided by Adventure Sports Nepal.
• By booking or participating in any activity, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a legal guardian if younger.
• All participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely join activities.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified.
• Prices are subject to change until payment is confirmed.
• Adventure Sports Nepal reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations by participants:
  • More than 30 days before activity: 80% refund.
  • 15–30 days before activity: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund.
• Cancellations by Adventure Sports Nepal:
  • Full refund or rescheduling offered if activities are canceled due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

• Adventure sports involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death.
• Participants must follow all instructions from guides and staff.
• Adventure Sports Nepal is not liable for accidents resulting from negligence, failure to follow instructions, or pre‑existing health conditions.

Insurance

• Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and medical insurance covering adventure sports.
• Adventure Sports Nepal does not provide insurance for participants.

Equipment & Responsibility

• All equipment provided must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.
• Participants are liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Conduct

• Respect local culture, environment, and fellow participants.
• Adventure Sports Nepal reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior without refund.

Liability Waiver

• By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.
• Adventure Sports Nepal, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
